I ordered these quad drums along with a carrier for my grandson for Christmas. I don't know anything about drums, I just knew what he wanted and talked with a sales person. Although I think the drums will be awesome once he is abe to play them....we don't know that yet because... we also ordered a carrier for tnem at the same time. The problem is that they came with virtually NO hardware to set them up. It had two little screws... period!! No instructions,although it appears there should be some sort of pad to protect the drums, there is nothing, no washers, nuts.... nothing (well except 2 screws). My daughter has contacted you and has been trying to find out what she needs and get something ordered. Not having any luck at all. This is the 2nd time we have had trouble with your company. Two years ago, I ordered a drum set from you and it had a ring for one of the drums was the wrong size. It took her several months to get that straightened out!! Now its already been a couple of weeks and still nothing has been done about it. You need to clean house with your customer service because they are doing a LOUSY job!!!Hopefully they can get something done so he can try them out soon.....I gave 1 star because I don't know how to rate it when we can't even try them out!! Since I couldn't review this without rating with stars.... I don't know how I can put anymore than just 1!
