Great Sticks

By Stiques&diddles

from Las Vegas

Comments about Vic Firth Corpsmaster Ralphie Jr. Indoor Marching Stick:

I've been marching for two years now and I'm about to start marching at the college level. I originally bought these to teach my little brother how to play. Let me tell you these sticks are excellence all around. However I recommend them for indoor marching only. The beads give a good full sound, but not loud engough for outdoors and they have a decent taper length giving great rebound. Before I tried the Hardimons I used MS3 and still do (sometimes). But if you're like me and do it all indoor, outdoor buy a pair of Ralphs & Ralphies and you'll kill any audition, show, camp, whatever in any enviroment!

Greatness has evolved from even greater!!!

Comments about Vic Firth Corpsmaster Ralphie Jr. Indoor Marching Stick:

This stick brought me a very versatile and comfortable practice stick. I usually use a bigger heavier stick for playing shows, and this smaller stick was quieter and much easier to handle. It will definitely help to increase your head accuracy and is just overall a great stick.

Good when matched.

By Rick-qc9.n

from Lawrenceville, Ga

Comments about Vic Firth Corpsmaster Ralphie Jr. Indoor Marching Stick:

The Ralphie Jr's have the potential to be very effective for indoor drumline purposes. Most of the pairs that I have owned, however, are either cracked on the inside when I got them, or they are extremely mismatched. When the drumsticks are not broken and they are matched well, they sound very good, but if you get a bad pair they sound horrible.

Great stick

By Vinny-DjByr

Comments about Vic Firth Corpsmaster Ralphie Jr. Indoor Marching Stick:

I'm in a school marching band in western Pennsylvania, and all three snare drummers (And suprisingly the tenor player.) Use Ralhie Jr.'s. I'm a bass player and I own a few pairs of these to practice with. These are great sticks.
