These sticks have potential. They are quite light and easy to monuver than other sticks...but they have their downfall. They chip and break really easily! My greatest dislike of these sticks is that they have extremely too much vibration! One good hit throws your arm out! Be sure that you are an experienced drummer before attempting to try these sticks.

Comments about Vic Firth Corpsmaster Tom Aungst Snare Sticks:
If you're going to get a pair of stix from Vic Firth. These are the kind to get. The reverse tear drop head gives not only an amazing sound but also a very good rebound. A little heavier than Ralphies but also more articulate.

Comments about Vic Firth Corpsmaster Tom Aungst Snare Sticks:
this is a really good stick. I love Aungst they're great for indoor or outdoor. but these are defnately not for beginners. i still highly recomend them for any experienced snare player.

I got these for my line and everyone loves them. The only thing you may want to keep in mind is that is these sticks aren't taped they chip and crack easier. But over all, fantastic sticks for a great price.

I have been using these and I have also used these in the line that I teach for. I really like them and my kids do too, from beginner to adept drummers. I do, however, agree that they do need to be taped or else they tend to crack and chip. Overall a great stick that I recommend and still use!
Comments about Vic Firth Corpsmaster Tom Aungst Snare Sticks:
These are good sticks, I enjoy playing with them and they feel great on snare. My only problem is they break very easily I used them for about 2 weeks straight and they broke. Even with tape on .
Comments about Vic Firth Corpsmaster Tom Aungst Snare Sticks:
Heres the rundown on these sticks: With fast rebound and nice bead response this sticks apply to my style of play, with more emphasis on the back of the grip(derived from drumset)The unique bead gives a really nice snare sound, but can give a varied tone depending on each players playing angle.Hope this helps you make your decision.
Comments about Vic Firth Corpsmaster Tom Aungst Snare Sticks:
These sticks are all around good, I personally think they're not good because these have a HUGE rebound, some people like that and some don't, I gave these sticks a good rating though because they are good sticks and a lot of people love them. (And I mean HUGE rebound)
Comments about Vic Firth Corpsmaster Tom Aungst Snare Sticks:
These sticks are some that I have used in my entire life. They are light and have great duration. Also they let you move very freely. This is what I think.
