Originally opened in 1998, the Contact Center has expanded into a 25,000 square foot facility in Draper, UT. Approximately 200 employees are employed throughout the year in our Contact Center. It's an ideal job for individuals who are musicians--they have the opportunity to talk with customers all day about the gear they love. Employees who aren't musicians get the benefit of learning about the latest cool gear from vendor representatives (from companies like Fender, Gibson, Yamaha, Peavey, and Roland) that visit the call center.
