Band-in-a-Box Pro 2012 MAC Audiofile Edition

There are some exciting new features in Band-in-a-Box 2012 for Mac. Mac users can customize over 150 of the Guitar-based RealTracks with the new Guitar Amp Simulator (AmpliTube CS). We include œDirect Input (clean signal) Guitar RealTracks for these, so all of the added effects come from the Guitar Amp Simulator. We™ve added œLoops support, so you can add your own, or 3rd party loops to any Band-in-a-Box track. The œBB Remote app for iPhone, iPad, Android has been updated with new features (new release pending approval in the Apple store). There' a Simpler RealTracks setting that makes the RealTracks play a less busy or embellished arrangement.

You can add MIDITracks individually now, simply select your favorite MIDITrack from any style to any track of your current song. EZ selection of œDrumGrooves has been added, which are different grooves within drum styles. Band-in-a-Box is so easy to use! Just type in the chords for any song using standard chord symbols (like C, Fm7, or C13b9), choose the style you™d like, and Band-in-a-Box does the rest. Band-in-a-Box automatically generates a complete professional-quality arrangement of piano, bass, drums, guitar, and strings or horns. Plus, add REAL accompaniment to your song with RealTracks. These are recordings of top studio musicians that replace the MIDI track with audio instruments. They sound like real musicians, because they ARE real musicians!

RealTracks are enhanced so you can now have RealTracks styles changes within a song, generate Soloist Medleys “ solos that play RealTracks instruments during the solos, and more. There' a Scales Wizard for practicing, which generates scales for any chord progression. New StylePicker Filters show you only the styles that match your search criteria.

Plus these 2010 features...

A œplug-in mode allows you to drag-and-drop tracks between Band-in-a-Box and your favorite sequencer (RealBand, Sonar, Reaper, ProTools, FL-Studio, Nuendo and more). RealTracks generate much faster now, typically 3X faster. RealTracks now support Shots, Holds, and Pushes. Endings are improved, and RealTracks endings are now 4 bars long, giving time for the natural decay of the instruments. Individual MIDI or Real Tracks can be frozen now, so the arrangements can be saved and fixed, and will replay quickly without need for regeneration. Soloist RealTracks are now saved with the song. We added Multiple Undo support, up to 999 levels of Undo. There are new Reverb and Bass/Treble controls for each track, allowing you to add these to individual Real tracks. All settings are now saved with each song.
