Customer service/fullfilment issues. Strings themselves, when you actually get them are great
My order was for the Helicore 13-14" strings. But what I received were strings for a 15" viola. The company sent me a return shipping label. But I'm still waiting on the return processing.
The strings received from another company are quite good. They fit on our old violin and the tone is surprisingly good. Since our kid is still growing into her 15" viola, this was a fabulous, warm and rich toned, low cost solution.

I have put these strings on a half size violin to convert it to a viola, and they actually sound pretty good, even when being played by a 9yo beginner. I use D'Addario strings on my guitars so I know they are good quality.
