Perfect for Old-Time Fiddling

I've been using the medium tension strings for a couple of years and just decided to try the heavies. I will probably not go back to the mediums after using these strings. They're noticably louder than the mediums and they play much smoother. I feel like I don't have to work as hard to get the right tone.
Really nice strings. Noticably louder than the mediums and very well ballanced. The wound E string whistles much less than my previous unwound E.
The break in time was nearly nonexistent. They're not overly bouncy and they feel great under my fingers.
Great value considering these strings are almost half the price of many other strings like Dominant and Pirastro.
