      I've had my iPod Classic for well over three years, and have NEVER regretted the purchase. I resisted iPods for some time, even while having an iPhone, and had Zens and Zunes, which were increasingly unreliable. They would freeze and would have to be reformatted and reloaded constantly.

      Not so, with this one. Once my songs were loaded, it was easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy. My iTunes library tells me I can play music for 33 days, and not play the same song twice, and I've still yet to reach capacity. It is small enough that I literally take it anywhere I go. I listen to it through my truck stereo, home stereo, at work, and at the gym. I've used it to play playlists of music at family cookouts, parties, and functions. It has been dropped more times than I'd like to admit, and despite having quite a few nicks and dings, it still plays without fail.

      I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quality MP3 player.

        The Only word to describe it would be storage! I have about 1,500 songs on it. Barely made a dent in the storage. I also have a movie and a few podcasts so.... A great product. I don't think you could get more storage for the price! Honestly!

        The Best High Capacity Digital Music Player You Can Buy!

        I have owned over 14 iPods over the years. Apple has become a part of my life. I enjoy using their products. Thanks to Musicians Friend i was able to buy Apple's latest high capacity media player. I am happy with my purchase, Musician's Friend's price, and the speed in which they shipped my item Thanks!!!
        Pros
        Super easy learning curve! If you have operated any previous click wheel iPod in the past this model will be second nature.

        Cons
        See previous sentence. Nothing has changed. The 7th generation is the same as the 1st generation with the addition of a different interface, capacity & the click wheel. Apple will probably abandon the hard drive Classic models and opt for flash based Touch based models. Get you Classics while U can folks. Flash memory is still expensive. I don't see a 160GB Flash model within a reasonable price margin...Yet
        We will see. I owned the previous 6th generation iPod Classic and it was the problem child of iPods. It had the dreaded spinning hard drive problem which lead to battery issues premature hard drive failure. Otherwise the device is beautiful as are most if not all Apple products.
        Apple product are expensive. The term you get what you pay for usually applies though (except for the 6th generation iPod Classic;)

        Plenty of room for your music, books, playlist of all kinds. I drive 2 hours a day to work and back so I have plenty of time so I plug it into my car. You could learn a new language or just relax. Battery lasts and lasts!
