    The Audio-Technica ATW-T341b handheld dynamic microphone/transmitter is built to work with Audio-Technica's 3000 Series wireless systems. The combination microphone and transmitter is equipped with the same element used in the Audio-Technica Artist Elite AE4100 dynamic handheld microphone.

    Audio-Technica created the ATW-T341b wireless microphone for professional live sound venues. The transmitter uses a pair of 1.5V AA batteries for economical operation and wide availability. A fuel-gauge battery condition indicator with low-battery warning keeps you posted on the ATW-T341b microphone/transmitter's remaining power.

    Consumer Alert:

    Most users do not need a license to operate this wireless microphone system. Nevertheless, operating this microphone system without a license is subject to certain restrictions: the system may not cause harmful interference; it must operate at a low power level (not in excess of 50 milliwatts); and it has no protection from interference received from any other device. Purchasers should also be aware that the FCC is currently evaluating use of wireless microphone systems, and these rules are subject to change.       Comments about Audio-Technica ATW-T341b Handheld Microphone/Transmitter:

      It was a leap of faith to go wireless but I now wish it had happened years ago.
      It was hard to abandon your trusted mic & mine was a Shure which never (apart from odd cable/plug failure) gave me any drama's.
      In fact the AT microphone was unknown to me but is a very good sounding unit & Im more than happy with it.(an improvement on my old trusty) As this set/up was recommended to me, I now recommend to anyone who is ready to move ahead.
      Set up time has been reduced & we are cable free. Guitar comes next.
      Batt life was a concern too but these are apparently better than the Shure Wireless systems for extended batt life & I can confirm no drama's.

      Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
