Comments about BBE DS26 Loudspeaker Management System 2-In 6-Out:
I've been running a driverack 260 for the last 2 years with no major issues until about a week back it just died. While waiting for a new one to pop up on sale, musician's friend had a DS26 used for $193. I figured I would grab it until I could get my hands on another DR260. After spending the day playing around with it I see no reason to get another DR260. For the price the DS26 is very impressive. Thus far there's no additional noise added to the system via the DS26.And once you figure out the menu's its a breeze to setup + I Love the mute buttons!Note: I never used the pc software.I've only run it for a day thus far so I can't speak to its longevity, only general usage. Its running between a pioneer djm 600 mixer and the below rig:2x Jbl jrx125's2x JBL MR 815'sRun buy 2 Qsc rmx 2450'sI've been running the above system nonstop playing very hard hitting music for just over 6 hours now. The DS26 has stayed cool and had 0 issues so far.If you're in the market for something similar and don't want to spend loads of cash the DS26 is worth trying out.
