The rackmount EP4000 EUROPOWER power amp from Behringer delivers up to 2 x 2,000W at 2 ohms, 2 x 1400W at 4 ohms, and 4,000W at 4 ohms in bridge mode. Its Precise Power, Signal, and Clip LEDs let you monitor performance, and its XLR and 1/4" TRS jacks allow for compatibility with any source. Selectable low-frequency filters let you remove distracting infra-sound frequencies, and its independent DC and thermal overload protection on each channel automatically protects your amp and speakers without stopping the show. The Behringer EUROPOWER's professional speaker connectors and "touch-proof" binding posts support most speaker wiring systems.

This is my 4th EP4000 and cannot believe how quiet this things have become. Lots of people are now buying these to power there HT subs. This is WELL WORTH IT! Don't be affraid to use this unit to power up your subs. Excellent amp for the money.

So far so good. I've been doing event sound for about three years and push 18ich folded custom horn subs each peaking at 2000 watts Along with jbl jrx 125s. Needed more amps to push some recent additions to the system for sound enforcement. This amp so far has been used regularly used twice a week running below clipping at about half way and you can feel the floor at the club i work at rumble from outside. Been very impressed so far its not a crown or Qsc so make sure you keep it out of the red or it will loose its luster pretty quick. Then you'll end up with a heavy door stop. Gave it a 4 because its a great amp SO FAR... will review in 6 months again
