These sound really great with my EP4000 But my complaint is that Behringer packages these subs very poor. Upon arrival from Musiciansfriend they were both crushed at the bottum of both boxes and the wood was coming apart.Musiciansfriend was very helpful in replaceing them but I had to wait about 3 weeks because they sent them through another carrier (ABF) and that set was good but on one sub I had to do some repairs do to the same problem but not as bad. I blame Behringer for a crappy packageing. Make sure you ask Musiciansfriend to double box if you order these.

BOOM BOOM BOOM!

At first I hated this product because it wasnt what I thought I was  buying.  I typed "powered subwoofer", meaning self powered, and since  this came up as a match I didnt really pay all that much attention to  description of the woofer.  This is not a powered subwoofer.  Second,  the description states it has low-z and speakon inputs.  This is not so,  it only has speakon inputs, which I was very lucky to have a spare  laying around.

Now for the important part, the  proformance.  After discovering that it was not powered I had to figure  out what to use for a power amp to push this beast.  I had a old EMC 400  watt bass amp laying around and what do you know it was perfect.  The  woofer handles the 400 watts with the volume turned all the way up with  ease, and it feels like it could handles much more.  If you are looking  for BOOMING bass I would highly recommend this woofer for the price and  quality.

So at first I absolutly hated this thing for  what it was not, but now I would part with it to save my life.  Just be  sure to get the speakon cable with it or you are going to be hurting  when it makes it to your house.

I am not very familiar with subwoofers, but i thought i was going to sound louder.

Quality:

Both of my speakers came with a bend front grill, but i am blaming UPS for that.  The speaker looks good, sounds good and the box looks of good quality.

Value:

There is nothing better for the price

Overall:

For the price there is nothing better out there, but again i am not an expert in the matter.  I connected two of these in parallel with a crown xls2000 in bridge mode the sound is real good, but i wish it was louder.

For the price you can't beat the performance.  Rock solid bass that shakes the rafters. I added this to my exiting JBL JRX125's. Great combination!

Even though the brochure said it would have both Speakon and TRS connections, TRS didn't exist.

Other than that, it's a great product at a great price.
