I am a Sound Engineering and a long time beliver that "you get what you pay for." so naturally i was a little skeptical of the Berhinger Product line, due mainly to the low prices. How could quality and low prices co-exsist? But believe me ALL Berhinger products that I have use or been exposed to have proven to be outstanding in both catagories. The MX3282A is no exception. I have owned it for about a year and it is the cleanest and easiest to use of all the boards I have been associated with. Much easier and mor versatile than the Mackie and Yahama and just a good sound quality as well. Often people want to spend money on Brand Names, but with Behringer, the quality in in the performance of the unit as well as with all the particulars about construction and layout. This unit is professional looking, easy to use and has a clean and transparent sound. When you set up a performer and their group for a performance, they not only expect quality sound but also professional appearance. My MX3282A has it all.I recommend this product to anyone. Experienced or not. It is just an outstanding unit in anyone's book.

For those that consider the audio quality of CD's and MP3's as their watermark, please, by all means, buy this board. But if you actually have ears and are looking for decent quality at a reasonable investment, look elsewhere. This board is, at best, pedestrian in features and a real loser in quality sound. Crosstalk and EIN make it virtually unusable as a recording board and it fairs only slightly better in live situations. I've been subjected to using it on two different occasions as an FOH console for festival situations and was totally unimpressed, shall we say. I took these gigs as fill ins between tours and wound up wishing I would've just stayed home. If I was in the market for a great sounding board at a reasonable price, I'd look at a Carvin, Yamaha MG or a Mackie Onyx before I'd ever buy this POS. Consider my comments in light of the fact that I normally run Midas, Yamaha MC's, Harrison's and Tridents'. Sorry if I stepped on any toes. Ciao.

My band bought this board 3 years ago. When we first got it, it was awesome. Now my right channel is out. At our last concert our aux sends begain bleeding over into each other which created a spike on our stage monitoring. So now we half to limit our effects/and gate compressing so they don't cross each other. Had to buy adapters for the snake to run separate board on stage. Three years ago I thought this board was worth the money. Now it's just another rigged up mess. Will probably replace the board this year and will never own another behringer.

Highly Recommended

By Wendy

from Burleson, TX

My last board was an A&H old blue board. I did not want to buy a new A&H due to poor design internally. So, I decided to try this one due to price and reviews I had heard. One word, Incredible!! The headroom is awesome and it is very clean. The only downfall is I wish the EQ's had two sweeps instead of one. That is the only reason I gave a "9" on features but then again keep in mind that there are inserts on every channel. It's very lightweight, I am 5'2" and can carry it over my head. I've only opened up the bottom but the board seems like it will be easy to work on although, I don't foresee that happening until I get some more dust, smoke and bang it around a few dozen times. I'm nobody but highly recommend this product. You won't be dissatisfied.

Great mixer

By Francis Irigu

from Khartoum Sudan

I started learning audio techs with some mixers but Behringer MX3282A Eurodesk is the most simple analog mixer I have ever use in relations to its size and purpose. It's simply wonderful and not complicated. You just to be careful with your artistic performance and Behringer MX3282A Eurodesk makes it real for you.Francis Irigu

This board I have found to be very good in quality and only second to my Soundcraft board, The price is extremely reasonable and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a big board at not so big price!!!(definately before a Carvin board)

I own a Behringer mixer, feedback destroyers, DI100's, DSP8024 (you've got to get one of these), CX3400, etc. All as good as twice and thrice priced EQs!

For the price, you can't beat this unit. Really quiet and clean sound. Just wish it had the 100k knobs, but works great and haven't had any problems with it in the past 2 years. Great piece of equipment.

Quality at Affordable Price

By pfrlMMYiJ

I have worked with Mackie products for years and have been a fan of theirs for just as long. Three years ago I walked into astudio to do some sessions. A Behringer was the centerpiece of the studio. After several sessions on the Behringer, I felt that I had to have one for myself. I have used the Behringer mixer as a producer, Artist and Musician. I was not disappointed. It is fully functional, clean and easy to route and visualize the signal path. I think I have found a new favorite tool.

This board is the best that I have ever had. I highly recommend it for anyone who is serious about their sound. Anyone with some experience with sound reinforcement can use it. This thing is like a ghost though. It pops up for for sale and then is discontinued to push the other 32 channel board with cheezy effects. If you can buy it you need to before it disappears again. I've used and abused mine for over 5 years now with no problems at all. Buy this one once and enjoy its transparent sound for years to come. If it is not available then wait for it to be, if you can!

Great Console

I just got this mixer to add to my collection a few days ago. I have spent the last few days with it running it through a battery of tests. It is exceptionally clean sounding and has great routing capabilities. I also own a Mackie 1604, and have worked with many brands of mixers in the past. Like others I too was skeptical about the price of these units, but am very pleased with my purchase. I also own other Behringer products that I have been using over the past few years. They are all working great and have good sound quality as well. This mixer gives you a lot for your money. Buy one now!

Ask me a question

We have used this mixer for approximately 6 months without any problems. Most of our applications are for live concert mixing and the bands that we have worked with are very pleased with the sound. Some of the features could be explained better in the operating manual for those who have limited sound re-inforcement experience. Overall an extremely good product.

Mixing large on a smaller budget

By dwpedalplayer

from Spokane, WA

the Behringer 3282a eurodesk is something special. From the special details of solo, bus switching sends, dual gain control and the superb ability to record/play live simultaneously is enough for me. it has everything- dual light meters for all 24 xlr channels, and great eq. it even lights up each channel that is soloed so you don't have to run your hand across the 4 foot board looking for a tiny button. everything is easy, the only downside this unit doesn't include the effects as some of their other boards do. But if that's an issue, the price you pay is definitely worth what you get!

good gear

I've used this board for our youth services (very upbeat), it has been a great board for the most part. I have ran into a couple of bleed-overs from channel to channel every now and then. Over all, though, it has been a very good piece of equipment. I love the many auxes that are available makes reverb and monitoring easier. It's a good Big board for a great price!

The good... it's cheap. The bad... it's cheap.

By Anonymous

from Undisclosed

This is an OK board for a band to use to get started with a lot of channels. It works. Not what I'd call fidelity, but what do you expect for 24 mic preamps for less than a grand. The preamps tend to get a little "dirty" around 11 o'clock and get worse past that. There can be significant circuit "bleed" between aux sends and from stereo inputs into aux sends. Having only one sweepable mid in the EQ can be very limiting and frustrating at times. Being able to switch only two pairs of auxilary sends from pre fader to post fader is limiting. You are also quite limited on headroom, you have to push each channel harder than you want to. However, you can run 4 monitor mixes, 2 effects and have 24 inputs on stage. That is a lot of instruments and monitors for less than a grand. The good news is, it's cheap. The bad news is, it's cheap. An entry level person will probably not be disappointed.

Excellent Board

By Anonymous

I have owned this board for just over 2 years, it is amazing both in the studio and on the road, routing capabilities are virtually endless. It hums on occasion but not to often. Great board for those just getting started, or seasoned veterans of the sound scene.
