Comments about Behringer UPHONO UFO202 USB Audio Interface:
This thing is just short of garbage, returned it and bought a mixer instead. The ground does not really work, producing lots of crackle and unwanted sound.
I tried to help out the "littler guy" here and chose to buy from MF instead of amazon and am now paying the price as the MF return policy is antiquated at best. Might as well keep this than deal with the hassle. So long MF.

I purchased to connect via USB my Mackie mixing board. First unit had none of the software promised and had a short. Returned it. Second unit has a different connection short and again lacked any sftware! Unhappy? You bet!

Comments about Behringer UPHONO UFO202 USB Audio Interface:
I am transferring vinyl records onto my laptop hard drive. Audacity software is extremely difficult to understand. I cannot label each song. I can convert to MP3 no problem, but it is all one continuous file. I will be calling support line later today to try to get a handle on the Audacity software. Otherwise it seems good value for money and obviously has wide capabilities.

This Uphono UFO202 unit was recommended by a friend. It is working out very well for me. Simple to use with no hassles.
Comments about Behringer UPHONO UFO202 USB Audio Interface:
I've been using one to get audio out of an older soundboard, that doesn't have a USB port, at out church for over 2 years. For this, it works fine. I'm using Audacity to record and also to edit later.
The result is a .wav file which I can convert to .wma, .mp3 or whatever I want later... I'm using another free program for that ("Free MP3 WMA OGG Converter") The instructions leave something to be dsired but if you've been around sound systems/equipment & computers before, it's a simple setup. It's a very small and very light majic box.
Comments about Behringer UPHONO UFO202 USB Audio Interface:
Instructions are useless.
If you hope to copy your LPs to a format that can be played in any cd player, look elsewhere. The software does at best MP3 files and I could not figure out how to record where the individual tracks are recognized when you record the entire LP side. Ultimately, it appears you will need to record each track individually. Sound quality was not good with significant background noise.
