OK, first, I bought these from a recommendation from a YouTube channel that I trust. They are everything the video said and I agree,YOU WILL NOT FIND THIS KIND OF SOUND AT THIS PRICE ANYWHERE!!!!! I replaced a pair of Shure with these. The Shure are nice but better suited for listening.

I do however feel that I was deceived by Musician's Friend. Specs on the site show Frequency Respose at 10Hz - 30KHz. They are actually, 20Hz - 20KHz. Big "OOPS" on Musician's Friend if you ask me.

Anyway, for this price what are you waiting for?

These phones sound good for the money, but boy are they tight around the ears. I almost sent them back due to the tightness, but I decided to wrap them around a box to stretch them out. After about two weeks of the phones stretchng out 24/7, they were just loose enough and are now comfortable. I guess it was risky to a point, but basically I just stretched out the metal bars. Just a warning.

I am now using these headphones instead of my Sony MDR-V6 or Audio-Technica MTH-50 for all studio mixing purposes. They're not as comfortable or as loud as my Sony but I find them to be more accurate.

Comments about CAD MH310 Studio Headphones:

Decent monitor headphone, flat in low frequency range, good for monitoring guitar/bass. Lacks high frequency clarity compared to my open back headphones. Comfortable ear cup pads and headband. Frame is barely large enough for my big head. Isolation is mediocre. Requires ~25% more from the volume knob to get these up to the same loudness as my other cans. Love the screw-on 1/4 adapter. A decent product for the price.

I read a lot of comments on these headphones before deciding to buy them. I noticed several people had issues with the size and tightness of the headphones. I actually found these the be great pros: The large size completely covers my ears and makes a good seal against my head, allowing them to easily contain the blood from my ears as I rock out to awesome music! I found the tightness to be great, no matter how heard I head-bang, they never shift position or feel insecure. All-in-all I give them two rock-fists up!

Not for critical listening or mixing but fine for tracking. Also good for casual music listening without hearing as much of the background noise. If you can, watch for the stupid deal to come back.

Grabbed these on a SDOD as a spare set of cans for my studio. My reference phones are Beyerdynamic 770's, the CADs are a touch louder and have a little more pronounced lower end. Don't think I will be using them for mixing, but a great fit for tracking. Found them to be a little microphonic with cable noise with no signal, but once you have music running through them it's a non issue. A no brainer for the price.

Comments about CAD MH310 Studio Headphones:

Out of a lot of the head/earphones I've bought over the years, I've bee picky on the quality. I play guitar, electric and acoustic with a Peavey VIP 2 amplifier. I own logitech desktop speakers with a bass woofer. I love music which I my number 2 thing in life. God's my first. My reason by bringing this up was to explain, all the headsets I've own, nothing was goof compare to CAD MH310. Under one hundred, is not and price. You can almost hear the instruments and voices by being separate and apart. Not too blendish. I have a little hard time hearing the bass still but that depends on who's mixing and recording the album tracks. These pair of headphones brings out excellent bass and vibration. I don't have nothing really to complain about except, my ears gets sore after a few hours but that's my fault lol. Very light, not durable but can be pack good places. The noise cancellation is really good. More than what I expected. If you are listening to a movie or tracks or songs on PC r whatever device, noise cancels out well, if it's above 40% in volume. Well design and well made. Still living it and I say buy it.

Comments about CAD MH310 Studio Headphones:

Bought these as the deal of the day, and what a smoking buy! I am using Sennheiser HD 280 PRO headphones and love them except for two concerns. One, they are a bit top heavy and tilt forward when I lean over. Second, I'm not crazy about coiled cords. The Cad Mh 310 fit great, have a straight cord and are very light. I would say they have a bit more top and bottom end frequency response, at least to my ears. They are very well made. These will now be my everyday mixing and tracking headphones. Money well spent!

The sound seems very mid scooped - hyped bass. Not good for mixing but these make decent tracking phones, especially when you want something that reproduces the low end well. They are comfortable and give a little sound isolation (although not too much). Good for bass or keyboard players. The Stupid Deal price was right though...

I needed something to replace my older Sony monitor headphones and got these on a stupid deal of the day. I swear these are better. They are very clear with balanced highs, mids and bass. Very good for use as monitor headphones. I use them mainly for recording with Pro-tools and for when I use my guitar multi-effects at night but they also sound great for just listening to music. I don't now how they will hold up but they seem well made. I think these will easily stand up against other sets for the same price or even more expensive. No headphones are perfect but I give it 5 stars because you really cant ask for more especially at this price.

I have some AKG headphones that were the same price as these, I would venture to say these are noticeably better. You get a great freq range, and the quality is superb.

These are a good reference to have in the studio, but don't try to skip out by using these as your main sound source - just buy some monitors, it is a world of difference. However they are useful in their own way if you don't rely on them to do what a monitor should (if you mix with these your mixes will sound better than they actually are on other speakers). For listening and comparison purposes, these are good headphones.

Large drivers but neutral bass, helps if you usually listen to low volume.
                          Gradually becoming my favorite pair!

Comments about CAD MH310 Studio Headphones:

Bought these because of the numerous great reviews.
                          Disappointed.
These don't handle bass good at all.
There for , they are useless to me.
Maybe ok for quiet listening/recording , but who does that?
I have a cheap set of creative gaming headphones that crush these and they have 40mm drivers. Disappointed.

Comments about CAD MH310 Studio Headphones:

A Deaf primate recommends headphones that are completely dissimilar to the CAD MH310. This is not the forum for recommending of other brands of equipment. MF should have culled out this review as inappropriate.
The best use for these phones is for moderate sound pressure applications as is true for almost all 50mm drivers.
For the money they are excellent for monitoring and critical evaluation type listening.

I wanted some headphones that were really closed-back, like AKG K271s. I saw these on sale and bought them. They exceeded my expectations. Very clear sound, very snug on my head, I went back and bought a second pair.
