Comments about Cerwin-Vega (2) 15" 3Way Passive Paint Full Range:
I returned the first 2, because the box did not have the corners protected. The next set also had dings in cabinet. I kept these because the sound is awesome. I use 2-1000 & a 4000 crown xti power amps. This system is tri-amp w/2-18 junior subs. A DBS crossover to separate frequency before amplifying. 2 XLR inputs, 6 XLR outputs. This is to amplify only the frequency sent to each speaker. The speaker grille has to be removed to access quick connects in order to bi-amp. The junior subs are perfect to bring out the lows with this pair. Jazz really sounds awesome! You can add the bi-amp and/or tri-amp w/subs in the future. Hopefully Cerwin Vega will add corners in there cardboard boxes! The sub amp is bridged (w/amp & speakon 1+ & 2+ connection to amp).
