The person above stated that there was no microphone jack. The microphone is internal and there is no jack.
What you have is three 100 watt halogen bulbs that move around inside the head, the head does not rotate which is good. The lens are actual lens that focus the light on the floor and since they are halogen tubes with long filaments you get lines. The head has a fan in it because you have 3 100 watt lights inside an enclosed head. Yes, the head gets hot. But, this is a very good effect on the floor.
- Was this a gift?:
Musician with over 35 yrs experience in clubs etc. Opened box with Line dancer. Took it out. first thing I noticed was stuff inside rattleing around. Took off head which was hardly on with 2 screws barley in and another out. And shook. A small nut and finally a short piece of shrink wrap fell out.And the jack input for mic.......not there. So. Not too pleased with that company to say the least. Also I didn't know only the 3 lights inside turn. Not the head. Hmmmm.....Be prepared to send yours back too.
One DJ gig down with it and it works great! Really lights up the dance floor. If it's still going a year from now is yet to be seen. But for the price it's hard to beet. Only thing wrong was some of the lenses were not installed correctly but were no problem to fix.
