Great overall product
This was a great purchase for our church. We replaced the existing gooseneck mic with this and it was a total difference in sound and clarity. I was able to adjust the sound and set the eq in a matter of minutes as soon as preacher started the sermon.
A good quality built product. The only thing I see wrong is that it is hard to get screws in to mount it. I used double sided sticky tape. Works great.
Great value. I wish I had purchased this years ago.

i have 3 of these and they work perfectly for my 60 member cast produdctions. never gives out and always workes even when the other mics die out over time these are the best. usinf them for a produdtion of Hello Dolly and they pick up even the younger performers in the back of the stage. i am looking at getting 2 more.

These are really only good for one thing, tap dance micing. For that, they are the best microphone on the market. 4 of these across the lip of your stage and tap dancing will sound incredible. Unfortunately, they are virtually useless for any other application because they pick up so much foot stomping. Every step someone takes a step it is heard 5x louder than any word they speak. the crown cm700's are a great alternative for micing a musical from the lip of the stage.

Were currently using 3 of these babys for a production of Oliver, and they work like a dream.Even working with nervouse highschool students, they pick up everything we need from fair distances, and retain clarity.

This mic is a very good buy. Its a very sturdy and great sounding mic. With the right EQing this mic sounds awesome. Picks up everything on the stage. Works well for theatre. THe thing is also very very strong. I've already had someone step right on one, the mic was completely unharmed.

I run sound at a school and I use these to mike drums, pianos, choirs, plays, orchestras, and they are great for recodring too and pick up very little ambience. A great product and a super value. Nessecary for anyone who mikes things performing on stage and doesn't want mike stands to block the way!!!
