Comments about dbx 376 Tube Channel Strip:

This pre-amp works like a champ, the first time i heard of this device was about three years ago, i had a session to do but i had no mic pre at home, so a friend of mine loan it to me for that recording and all i had was a M-Audio Nova A Class Mic and the result was wonderful, i mean it makes a $100 mic sound like $2000 mic. Iv'e work with UAD Pre's and Avalon pre's in other studio's but thats for when you can afford to pay for it. If you are looking for a sterdy and durable mic pre that has a history for making exceptional products, then the DBX 376 would be a great choice. I perchased my own unit back in Feb.09 and i love it!
