Comments about DOD SR830QXLR Dual 15-Band EQ:

So I got it home and set it up, the unit looks nice for the price I was surprised.
The Eq has no unwanted noise when you adjust, The In/Out button basicly turns the eq on or off, which is nice for setting up your guitars vocals etc. The low cut dosen't do a whole lot but I don't use.
The gain bars I usually turn down because I play with a lot of gain already.
It's a great unit for scooping your mids and getting your sound just where you want it.

          SR830QXLR Dual 15-Band EQ

          By terry reed

          from Oklahoma

Comments about DOD SR830QXLR Dual 15-Band EQ:

This is an awsome EQ for the price. I should have gotten one years ago. The only thing I plugged into it so far is an 80's model TNT 100 and an early model Ibenez FRANKENSTEIN made in Japan, looks just like a Fender P Bass but I don't know how much of it is original? Has wood screws in it and six bolts holding on the neck plate. It sounded good before but now it sounds AWSOME. Love it.
The features are simple and somewhat easy to understand, as long as you don't read the whole mannual.
Quality seems pretty tough, haven't mounted it in my case yet.
It was a good price for what I want it for but I haven't even used the other channel yet.

          DOD Excellence Continues

          By marsvideopro

Comments about DOD SR830QXLR Dual 15-Band EQ:

I have a small in-home analog studio, of which I have several portable racks that go out to record speeches and lectures. This particular DOD EQ is a real workhorse, built tough, and with features ya need for the types of work I do. One advantage to the current DOD rackmount EQ's is the addition of XLR i/o's; their older unit had TRS i/o's only, so, I really like that. The only thing I don't like is the plastic levers, other than than, this EQ is a real champ!
