Doesn't work

The idea behind EZ Dupe's single duplicator is great - just insert the master CD, then the copy CD, and the machine takes care of business. BUT in our case, it was never that simple. The machine would not duplicate reliably - sometimes it would, sometimes it wouldn't, but all the time, it took a lot of time! We even posted the instructions right next to the EZ Dupe so we'd be sure to follow them carefully. No joy.I'm guessing we have a defective machine...

this is tight

I was working on getting a mixtape out and I needed fast production, so I went though my choices and this is what I came up with. I am very pleased with it. I can burn about 150 CD's in a day, easily. It is very simple to use, yet it is fast and efficient. I recommend this to anyone who needs fast duplication, and is on a budget.

reliable, simple, and fast

I have had any problems with this unit. It is very well made. It's unbelievably easy to use. Duplicates very fast. The only thing I would mention is that I don't know if the service will be any good. I've had this a little over a year with zero defects, but I did try to contact support as there was no manual with the unit when it arrived. I could raise any response from anyone. I wrote a letter to ask for additional company service info.. I have never received any response. But, this unit does work flawlessly. You really don't need an operator's manual to use it, but you do need to be aware that the unit should be allowed to warm up for 5 minutes before use. I recommend it from a quality and perfomance experience. Customer support though...?

Save Your Money

I purchased my duplicator new and it has not worked right from day one. The copies are always incomplete, and they don't last. After a couple of plays the CD's either don't play at all or parts of the recording start dropping out. I've started copying my CD's on my computer. I thought it was the brand of CD I was using but I've tried several different ones and the results are the same.

3 year machine

I bought this unti in late 2005. It came with no instructions. You really don't need any, other than you need to let the thing warm up for a minimum of 5 minutes, or it won't work correctly. If you do this it'll work like a charm. Trouble free. Excellent quality copies. The down side is, it will crap out after a little over 3 years. The other down side is NO SERVICE. I never could find anybody "Home". Know what I mean? I called. I wrote, but no response...ever.Anyway, the warranty is long gone on this little baby anyway, so it's the dumpster for this little jewell. I don't know what to try next.
