An inconspicuous headset that is comfortable and offers great stage performance.
The AS-HSD headset mic has a small, unobtrusive design that allows it to blend in and give the appearance that the performer is not even wearing a mic. It has a dual hook design that allows it to hang from both ears. It features a unidirectional pattern element that is well suited in live PA situations to help control feedback. This AS-HSD is fitted with a screw on connector type suited for AKG transmitters. And for those situations where a wireless system is not required this headset mic is compatible with the optional JIB/PB Phantom Body Pack (sold separately).
Consumer Alert:Most users do not need a license to operate this wireless microphone system. Nevertheless, operating this microphone system without a license is subject to certain restrictions: the system may not cause harmful interference; it must operate at a low power level (not in excess of 50 milliwatts); and it has no protection from interference received from any other device. Comments about Galaxy Audio AS HSD ANY SPOT DUAL HOOK UNIDIRECTIONAL HEADSET MICROPHONE COCOA SENN:
Been using this mic on a Shure SLX series wireless system and have had great results... replaced an EV-RE mic with this and found that there was next to no eq needed for great balanced sound in a mid sized church of 350... for the money it's been an easy sell for most applications and the fact that it's two ears verses one makes it very stable and very comfortable with a lot of adjustment for head size... My wife has a helmet size of double extra small verses pastor of this church is an XL and it fits and works well for both... Tried it this past fall for a circus entertainer and worked well but not sure of durability yet other than a year at this church of weekly use... highly recommend!!!
