So, i needed some in ears for playin drums. I also don't have lots of $. I have 2 pair of the Hearos ear plugs and love them. They dont change the sound at all, you hear all the mids highs and lows just as you would normally, just at a lower volume. The same concept its with these in ears. While they act like ear plugs and have great sound quality, the thing i love the most is that i can still hear my drums acoustically a little instead of how theyre coming through the mix so I can get a better sense of what I'm playing. Also, the sound quality is quite good with these. I'm very happy with these in ears. And for the price, you can't beat em, I like em better than the Shure E2's (which I've also played a lot with) especially for drumming. I'm sure theyd be great for anything else too.O ya, and they got a sweet clip on the cord so u can clip it to your shirt so i don't get all tangled up, another thing the Shure E2s dont't have that is really a very important aspect of in ears...
Staticky and distorted. Good for recording, not that good for live sound.
