Buy several sets because you will fall in love with them... This way toy will have spares for several years.
What features can an earbud have? I did like the fact that they come with 3 different sizes of rubber plugs, in clear and black. Cord is long enough to have your device on your belt and not pull the earbuds not when you turn your head, They seal in your ears very well and they are small yet you can feel that they have some weight to them. They stai in without having to adjust during a set.
Very good sound. I am a bass player and use them for in ear monitors... Mostly my bass and some vocals. Ther reproduce my bass just fine.
You will not find better for the price.

The sound quality is terrible - all mid-range, no bass. Sounds like the low-fi earphones that used to come with cheap transistor radios (most of you are too young to know what I'm referring to).
Like others have said, comes with a nice case and plenty of silicone ear bud options.
Wires appear to be flimsy, sound quality is terrible.
Don't bother, even if you are tempted with a Stupid Deal of the Day for $6.99 as I was. I will never use them.

Well... Mine broke.

By VocisBD

Comments about iKEY Q360 Ear Drumz Earbuds:

These headphone look great and come with a very nice case and several earpiece options. Sadly, the sound quality is poor and the earbuds themselves broke in half less than 3 months after purchase.

Well... these are pretty terrible...

By Dan Begley

from North Jersey

Comments about iKEY Q360 Ear Drumz Earbuds:

I got them as a quick replacement when my Skull Candy SkullCrushers jack broke because I accidentally ripped it out of the jack - I was expecting at least SOME sort of quality - but I guess not.
The silicone inserts are a nice touch and fit well.
You're better off using the internal speaker on your iPod - I have a pair of head phones that came with an old Philips mp3 player that sound 10 times better than these. There is no bass -- it just sounds like you're listening to music under water -- absolutely terrible.
I got these on a SICK DEAL -- I said why not -- now I know why not...

Comments about iKEY Q360 Ear Drumz Earbuds:

These earbuds are designed nice on the outside, the braided cabling and the case are nice as well. The sound however was very middy , no highs or lows. I compared them side by side with the free pair that came with my Sansa MP3. Were not even close to the at all, the Sansa were much better.

Comments about iKEY Q360 Ear Drumz Earbuds:

Yes, they are more comfortable than the earbuds that came with my MP3 player but they are so boomy with low end and no high end that they are unlistenable. I removed the bit of foam stuck inside the earpiece and still everything was muffled. I'm going to run them at full blast for an hour or so to see if they loosen up but I don't have much hope. Seriously, I've purchased headphones for my kids at the dollar store that sound better than these.

Comments about iKEY Q360 Ear Drumz Earbuds:

I bought a couple of these when they were on sale really cheap. Well they are pretty terrible. If you compare these to Skull Candy ear buds these are a joke. Skull Candy are much better and I recommend them over these to anybody.

Great Looking, Weak Sound

By HotToddie

from Seattle, WA

Comments about iKEY Q360 Ear Drumz Earbuds:

Disappointing. Got a "good deal" on these and agree with another reviewer: these make my SkullCandy earbuds seem awesome. The Skull Candy buds don't sit in my ears as nicely, but they sound much better (better range, more bass, etc). I listen to music while on frequent flights across the US. These earbuds can't stand up to the sounds on the plane. If you're looking for a quality pair of inexpensive earbuds, go with SkullCandy or save your money for a more expensive pair. You're better off with the factory-shipped earbuds on most devices rather than these.

Q360 Ear Drumz Earbuds

Comments about iKEY Q360 Ear Drumz Earbuds:

Had I not read other reviews, I would have thought these were defective. No other way to say how bad they are. I mean, they're earbuds. They are either good or not.Earbuds that come free with toys sound better. M. Friends needs to discontinue these. M. Friends is a good, reputable company; it needs to distance itself from these people.
Really, surprisingly lousy earbuds. Plugged them in, disconnected to see if there was plastic around the connector that was killing the sound. Have to crank the heck out of them to know what song is playing. Even @ this price, didn't get what I was paying for. Lousy at half the price.
Please see above
If they were free, I would throw them away. If you gave them to somebody, you'd make an enemy.

If you don't care about sound...

By Anonymous

Comments about iKEY Q360 Ear Drumz Earbuds:

The plastic broke before I even got them in my ears. After mending them with glue, they sound like garbage. All mids and hi, no bass. Only get these as cheap temporary replacements or if you don't care about sound at all.

Comments about iKEY Q360 Ear Drumz Earbuds:

Although skull candy is crap too, at least they have an ok sound and don't break off in your ears.
No special features.
Sound is horrible and bud broke off in my ear when trying to remove.
I'm too embarrassed to return product.

Cheaply made

By Matt-qtQAd

from Atlanta, GA

Comments about iKEY Q360 Ear Drumz Earbuds:

So I got the iKEY Audio Q360 Ear Drumz Earbuds yesterday; it was a "Stupid" deal of the day last Friday. The packaging itself looks pretty nice, but the individual "sleeves" that come with the headphones are really flimsy and are really difficult to get on; there seems to be one pair that fits on easily, and the consistency of that pair of sleeves seems much stronger than the rest.Upon inpection of the earbuds themselves, I noticed that a small piece of cheap cotton foam is stuffed into each ear bud (NOTE: when I first tested them out, the sound was very "scooped", all highs and all lows with no mid-range whatsoever). After removing the small pieces of cotton, I gave the buds another try to see if the sound improved, and it didn't seem to help. Had these been $9.99 with free shipping, it may have been a better deal (the case is nice), but all in all,I would recommend the Skullcandy Ear Buds (which sound VERY impressive and are at about the same price point as the iKEY Audio Q360 Ear Drumz Earbuds) above and beyond these.

absolute junk - don't bother

By Dave Burford

from Virginia

Comments about iKEY Q360 Ear Drumz Earbuds:

OK, so they were a Stupid Deal of the Day. 'Regularly" I didn't expect much. Bought three of them thinking I'd have a few on hand for when the dog eats one, or my son needs some because he lost his (both occur fairly often).

But these buds are so bad they're simply unusable. It's kind of like driving a nail into your ear canal...
Who cares about features when the sound is so unbelievably horrible?
Compared to Walmart or drugstore cheap earbuds for $1 or $2, they're still crap. How is this even possible?
If they were free I'd still toss them out. Am I being too harsh? Maybe. But I've never, ever, strapped anything to my ears that sounded this bad. Ever.

IKey-Audio Q Series eardrumz

By Nibroc

from Cincinnati

Comments about iKEY Q360 Ear Drumz Earbuds:

I just purchased 2 sets of Q Series earbuds from Musician's Friend and would like to comment. I have a small personal studio and use Sony earphones, Koss earbuds, AKG 240M and AKG 240S headphones. I can't believe how bad the IKey-Audio Q Series earbuds sound. I bought a pair of no-name earbuds for the grandkids at the 99 Cent Center which sounded way better although they were still way below normal quality. Muffled midrange and boomy muffled bass and although the high end seems crisp it also seems far away and diminished to the point of inaudibility compared with the rest of the muffled boominess, and that was with all the bass boost settings turned off (I triple checked that as I couldn't believe my ears). At the time of that test I was using them with a Sony Walkman and original music which I had recorded myself and know well. I usually get a great sound with the walkman using any of the above except the AKG 240M which require a little more power to be driven. I didn't even bother trying them with my studio gear.

Comments about iKEY Q360 Ear Drumz Earbuds:

I got these iKey Audio Q360 Ear Drumz Earbuds on sale at on the Stupid Deal of the Day, and this really was a Stupid deal. I was stupid for buying them. I don't even remember what I paid, but these are horrible. They are extremely "boxy" sounding... all midrange... no bass... seriously these are not useable for anything "hifi" at all. I would not even use these for listening to AM radio. I don't know how some company could possibly release these with a straight face. When I saw the packaging it came in and the little case, I thought I had really gotten a bargain. The moment I plugged them into my iPhone and listened to music via the iPod app, I was stunned at how bad they were. I wouldn't have spent $1 on these because these are perhaps good for verifying there's sound coming out of a device, but not for actually LISTENING to anything. I'm really amazed something this bad could hit the market, especially with a list price like that.

Not worth it

By Andrew812

Comments about iKEY Q360 Ear Drumz Earbuds:

I got a pair for the stupid deal of the day because I figured they would be decent for working out or maybe some airplane mixing. I thought they would at least be better than the iPod earbuds, but I was mistaken. While they do come with different fittings for your ear, the sound quality was absolutely terrible. Now I know that you aren't going to get even a semi accurate sound from earbuds, but I was hoping to at least get something that was better than the ipod buds.
