These were the worst headphones I have purchased in a long time. I expected much more from JBL. I work with their professional PA speakers all the time and have never heard a bad sound out of any. I thought, "How could I go wrong." Was I ever wrong! There is very little bass. Even with the different EQ settings, they never sounded better than average. If Tim McGraw personally tuned this series of headphones, he needs to get his hearing checked!
I have purchased headphones from Sony and Skullcandy at half the price, but much better sound.

JBL is usually a very good brand of audio systems, with good bass. I myself enjoy a lot of bass listening to music. These don't have a good bass at all. My standard apple headphones sound much better. I have to turn on my bass booster equalizer using my JBL earbuds. I am disappointed.
