I bought this Eliminator Lighting 400W fog machine simply because of the price.This little thing sure performs for its size! It is very efficient, the included fog juice should last quite awhile.I use it to accent my par 38 system, and it does just that, the fog isn't too thick, it simply creates the perfect haze i need. Because the fog is not too dense, keep the controller handy, because it dissipates quickly in well ventilated areas.I might buy another soon, a pair of these would be awesome.Great buy, i highly recommend for small/medium venues, it accents lights great. It would also be cool for basements (although it'll get really foggy really quickly) and Halloween effects and such.if you want a juice/cost efficient little fog machine, wait no longer, add it to your cart!

I bought this for my kid's Halloween/B-day party. I have a 250 sq. ft. room with 20' ceilings and it didn't do the greatest job of filling it up. It makes a pretty loud whistle/hissing noise when the fog comes out. After you turn it off, the fog juice leaks out of the front, so make sure you put the machine on a tray. For the price, it isn't bad. I also bought the Chauvet Stepper (DJ lights) . The two of them together worked pretty well. Anyway, don't expect too much from the fogger. People say it smells, but that's not the machine's fault. Anyway, it works and I'm glad I got it. If I had the extra money, I would probably go a step up, if it's for a few home parties, then this does the job.

Used for 2 small gigs. Filled the stage floor well. Used on porch for Halloween display. Not as well outside.

It leaks like crazy; even after I put cling wrap over the opening and tightened the lid, it still leaks.Next, the two plastic handles used to tighten and loosen the U-bracket just snapped off; and I was trying to loosen them!If the thing actually put out fog I suppose I could live with the broken handles and leaking fog juice. But sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't; and no, it's not because it has to go through it's re-heating cycle. I can let it warm up, sit for 15 minutes, push the remote and, zippo, nothing. I'll try again ten seconds later and it will work.It ssems to have a mind of it's own.Don't waste your money..even for the price it's not worth it.

I could catch more Fog in a medicine bottle on the east coast than what this tried to produce. I saw two puffs which you would see from a cigarette and it quit on me just as I tried the first test. This should be taken off the shelves.

The first six gigs I used it for were smooth sailing. Number seven was the hurricane. All it does is squirt out a stream of fairly hot liquid.If you're looking for an effect that's sure to get a reaction then I guess that a black chunk of metal piddling on your audience might be it. I prefer not to scald mine. If you want a poof of fog occasionally, this will do it. If you want more, spend some more cash.

When I first bought this, I loved it. It was my first fogger. I had little experience with them so I didn't want to blow my money on something I wasn't sure about. We travel all over the place and have a lot of complex lighting setups. After 3 months or so, this thing crapped the bed. Wouldn't heat up, didn't do anything. I replaced the fuse, nothing. I called the company and they refused to replace it or help out. This thing makes a good toy, but if you're on the go all the time, get something a little more rugged.

I bought this to bring out the lighting in my band's basement concerts, and dang this thing does the job! We only do short spurts between songs and it is a really sweet effect. The price is definitely awesome and worth it. Should be a lot more. It is definitely enough to fill the basement in a cinch, would be good for about anything!

I host smallish parties (like 35 people raving) and this smoke machine delivers for that purpose, It created enough smoke to at one point fill the room up with smoke and really helps accentuate the strobes etc. If you are on a budget, you should buy this. It creates adequate smoke and has a mount for a wall or light stand. Very Happy :)

Great Product!!! Bought it just before the 31st Dec for the 31st Party in my basement. Also purchased the 360 rotating light sphere. They were both a hit...people loved the fog machine. Just needs like 5 mins to warm up before sending out the smoke..but that is mentioned in the operating instructions.

Just for those of you that are having problems with this machine, if you run it too low, it may blow the "resettable" breaker in the back. Just push it back in and watch your levels. Also, if you need to have some scent, purchase quality fog juice w/scent, not additive as it could clog the unit.
