Tried other wireless systems before but nothing compares to the line 6. Great range away from base allowing clear, clean responce while interacting with the crowd. Excellent responce. Comparable to more expensive systems. Highly recommended.

Comments about Line 6 XD-V35 Wireless Microphone:
This is a very useful mic that delivers what its ad promises and more. I use this with my Behringer Xenyx mixer and powered speakers for DJing and doing karaoke at parties. Because I my equipment is just for personal/recreational use, I wanted versitility on a budget, and I'm pleased with the results. The 2.4 Ghz signal is great, no problems with cut-outs or pops whatsoever. The mic has that SM-58 sound, low handling noise, and you can use rechargable AA batteries, meaning you never have to worry about being able to find a replacement battery. The battery life on this unit is great too. You could pay a lot more for a mic and still not get this quality.
Comments about Line 6 XD-V35 Wireless Microphone:
Bought the XD-V35 wireless mic to replace an AKG wireless that started giving us problems. I own several Line 6 products so the expectation was high. The sound quality is not as good as the other mic we were using (primarily being used for announcements, toasts, etc) but we are not getting the "pops" that the other mic gave us from the very beginning. So far so good otherwise after a couple of gigs. We will probably keep using it for the same purpose but can't imagine using it for lead vocals.
Very basic, on/off switch but no mute or standby.
Works fine but sound quality is lacking. Very clear signal and no interference experienced so far.
Get what you pay for. Clear signal but don't plan to use for singing.
Comments about Line 6 XD-V35 Wireless Microphone:
To sum it all up, I have used this wireless at practice and at shows. I like the fact that i can set the level and swap out the wireless and wired and there is no change in line level. I can walk around the crowd and sing and talk without any cut outs. Also it has close to that SM58 sound.
This mic is pretty basic when it comes to features. You have LEDs to check battery status on the handheld and then you have LEDs for the signal quality. There is one dial to select channels on the reciever and a inset button for the power and channel selector on the handheld. Two out puts on the back XLR and 1/4 inch. Thats it!
NEEDS A MUTE BUTTON!!! Does not have one!!
The handheld is solid the battery cap though is like most; it has a plastic feel. The reciever is compact and strong I have already dropped it about 4 feet and it didnt leave a scratch.
I would say this is a smart buy! If you need about 200 - 300 feet of flawless range without drop outs or interference this is the wireless you need to buy, and for the price you cant go wrong! Plus just look at other digital wireless mics...aint going to find them for this price.
