This may also help "Big Dissapointment", and others with this problem, get this exciting litle black box to "fire-up". For anyone using "Vista", go to the "Control Panel", and click on "Programs",next window you will see the title, "Programs & Features", in small letters you will see "use an older program with this version of windows", go there and you just click on "XP", (make sure your CD-ROM that came with the unit is in the CD player), and follow directions. You will be led to a WWW page called, "In Tone". Download this and off you go! The amp sims are excellent and so are most of the effects, remember there are stomp box and rack mount effects here too. You will be in jam land in a few mins, and I think all will be suprised. Enjoy! p.s. I use this unit live sometimes, sounds great, no major problems ever, just bring a computer you don't care about, the way some gigs go...har, har, har!!!

The poorest documentation I have ever seen! Why bother? I am a guitar player, not a computer wizard! After 2 hours of trying over and over, I put in back in the box and was going to send it back, something I have never done. Tried it one more time and got lucky. You need drivers that DO NOT come with it, they don't tell you that. go to their website and download. No onscreen help, stumbled on to a screen where I got the manual. Now this thing is rockin! I can say it is more than I exspected, well worth the money and the hassel. Get one, get crazy(after you get it to run)!

This is a great idea with bad execution.  It would not install properly on my XP PC.  I went to the web site and loaded the updated software and got a successful install.  Effects loaded with the software were3 nice but sound quality was below par.  Definitelt a low end tool.

I was not able to get this device to work. I use Vista, the included software was only for XP. I tried downloading drives. It did finally connect but I never got any sound out of it. you have to install more programs to get effects. in reality it's a poor USB adapter. it's off to ebay for this thing.

I've been using this thing for a year and it's always given me problems. Sometimes it likes 1 USB port, other times it likes another one. Sometimes I have to restart my entire system several times before it will work and sometimes I just can't get it to work at all. The latency is horrible. There's clicks and pops all over the place and M-Audio's solutions do not work at all to fix these issues. This product should not be bought by anyone. It's horrible.
