Enhanced frequency range and vibrant delay path
The Carbon Copy Bright Delay has everything that the standard Carbon Copy Delay is revered for, but it’s been tuned for a brighter sound. Where the standard version repeats have a dark, mellow wash, the Bright’s repeats are more defined with a distinct vocal quality. The two sounds are great companions and play nicely together. Engage the modulation section, and your repeats will sing with shimmery beauty as strummed chords ring out even longer than before.
With 600 milliseconds of delay time, an enhanced frequency range, a vibrant delay path and true-bypass switching, the Carbon Copy Bright Analog Delay is for players who’ve been searching for an all-analog delay with a more present and articulate tonal palette.

Comments about MXR M269SE Carbon Copy Bright Delay Guitar Pedal:
I love MXR products. They are built well and priced right. The Copy Copy Bright is a not-so-subtle variation on the original Carbon Copy. Demo videos made it hard for me to decide which to buy, but a side-by-side comparison made the difference very clear. The repeats on the Bright stand out quite a bit more and have a nasally, midrangey quality that I don't care for. The repeats on the original Carbon Copy blend better with the dry signal. Both are great pedals but with different strengths. For recording and home studio playing, I favor the original CC. If you play live most of the time, you might prefer the Bright if you want your repeats to stand out more in the band mix.
