Comments about Nady UIC-81XX USB Interface Cable with 2 XLR In and 2 XLR Out:
Let me start by saying I really like this thing. Works good, does what it is supposed to do. My band has recorded a 5 song demo with this thing so far and the sound quality running through this good. There was no extra noise, no distortion, it does its job well. The reasons I only gave it a 4 on features are 1 - It's not exactly plug and play like it says, you get the output right off but the input in window xp and 7 think this thing is a mic (which it should be). You actually have to tell your computer it's a line in instead (it took awhile to figure that one out, thought it was broke for a bit there). 2 - There is no interface where you can adjust the volume levels independently. You gotta use the windows line in volume control and it adjusts both of the inputs to the same volume. That's not that big of a deal though cause I just adjusted that in Cakewalk after I turned the windows input way down to get the distortion out. Over all I would definately buy this again and probably will to see if I can run multiple units at once to get more inputs.
