When it comes to a budget and yet still want a sound that's professioanl and crowd pleasing, this is the mixer to purchase. The combos and diversity that you can do with the effects and the ease creating these effects via the wet/dry fader and rate/frequency knob is amazing. For those who only have access to one turntable at the moment, This mixer has the capability of letting you semi-juggle without two turntables! The only noise you'll hear is if your turntable hum if you dont have an adequate table. My Stanton str8-30, has a very low humming sound, but other than that, you can't even hear that dead-air sound or anything, complete silence. So, whether you're a pro or a novice, this mixer is for both platforms! P.S. ALL EFFECTS ARE REAL TIME WITH VERY MINIMAL UNNOTICABLE LATENCY!

This is a good mixer for numark but I don't like the loud pop when you turn on the mixer and I didn't like how after only 15 hours of use my crossfade is now cutting form channel 1 into channel 2 without even sliding it. I guess it can't handle the kind of crossfade abuse a battle dj brings. other types of dj's may not have the same problem.

I have had this unit for a yr now. I bought it cause of the price then once I played with it I was amazed at the amount of mixer I actually had recieved. Great product. Especially being able to split the tables in the headphones with just one click of a button.

The Spoon Approves

I use this thing just about every day. I keep it hooked up to my digital setup. THIS THING ROCKS. Once you get the fx down and get your style to it, YOU CAN ROCK THE HOUSE... Transitions are sweet, the faders are clean, The LED could use some work, but you can get used to it. Small, Compact, and HIGH POWER. I used to use a HAK320 by ecler, I like this better. No panning left-right, but not always necessary.

Big Ric

By Big Ric

Excellent mixer with excellent features for the money. The kills are an excellent feature to have as is the fx unit. Almost no delay with the effects. I notice a slight hummm/white noise on my recordings and I suspect it's because the mixer is digital. The only complaint I have is with the xfader. When new, it was lightening quick. After a few months, it now bleeds over when scratching and has to be replaced. Once it started doing this, scratching or quick cuts became impossible. Overall, I recommend this mixer if you're on a budget.

finger control

By Anonymous

from Undisclosed

This mixer is one of the best that I have ever put my fingers on. The crossfader is so smooth that it fits the contor of my finger movements such as (crab, orbit, counted orbit, counted crab). These scratches can be fustraiting when the fader itself isn't smooth or reliable. this can very nerve racking. Well...let me stop talking because I tend to be long-winded. But anyway Check it out your fingers will love you for it.

Worth every penny

By Gandido

from Puerto Rico

For the price, it is definitely quite a steal. The effects work extremely well. Preamp LEDs are good. The only complaint I would have is that sometimes I've seen that I can't set my headphones really loud even with the cue on max, but that is completely random. Probably a loose contact somewhere. Anyways, it is worht every cent.

I just bought this mixer for the price I paid for is not bad at all. The effects on it are pretty good(better than I thought). The crossfader pretty good to as soon as I started to do tricks the sound was cd quailty. I do recommend this mixer to and average dj who wants a good mixer for a good deal!

Everything you need is on this mixer

By Oskee

from San Diego, CA

I love the fact that I can set the tempo to the effects with my finger and that alone makes the effects capabilities of this mixer a great catch. The kills switches are true kill switches in the sense that it kills those frequencies to ZERO db, which means for example if you kill the bass, you will not have a bass leak, even if its minimal. When I use the microphone, I can also add the effects to my voice. People always look at me when I do this, and it adds that much more to the party because it's different and people like it.
