Used this as our PA weekly for a college group. Packed it up each week and traveled to gigs with it as well. It works great for small practice venues too. We would crank the sound on this system and it would take it. Dropped a speaker down stairs a couple times and they still work great. If you are looking for a solid travel PA that will take a beating this is it. Only draw back it the latches are not that great (hints the speaker falling down the stairs.) Plenty of handle to carry it, plus the wheels are great to roll.

      Not for Karaoke

Not a very good system for Karaoke if you use Wireless Microphones. Takes up to much space when set up. Cannot be stacked.

Comments about Peavey Escort 3000 Portable PA System:

Great little unit. I've been using it for about a year now. I sing in small to medium sized indoor venues. Not recomended for loud audiences over 100. This will not provide enough sound or power to play in noisey outside venues. Would highly recommend!

Comments about Peavey Escort 3000 Portable PA System:

User friendly except for the small wheels on paved areas. Quick to set up and very compact.
Very good sound except could use more base on instruments. We needed to buy a preamp so the acoustic guitar could be played. We're very pleased with this unit.
        Very strong and compact unit.
Durable case. Should have larger, quieter wheels.

        Almost perfect

        By Partners in Praise

        from Oreana, Illinois

Comments about Peavey Escort 3000 Portable PA System:

Our southern gospel group has used a Peavey Escort system for many years, with excellent sound quality. The only negative to the system is the latches, which tend to break (I have replaced 3 so far). This is an excellent system for use in a small venue, such as a small church or nursing home concert. We have even piggybacked our system into a larger system for a bigger sound. No distortion or other problems.

        nice little system

        By james-kBsZD

Comments about Peavey Escort 3000 Portable PA System:

I like it b/c it is compact and you can just load it and go. great sound! the only thing that i don't like is that the legs for the speakers are kinda small so they get wobbly. however the stands fold up and fit inside the unit. overall I like this system a lot. perfect for home recording too.

Had it a year and like it...

        By Bobch47

        from Savannah, Ga.

Comments about Peavey Escort 3000 Portable PA System:

I play small gig stuff and this unit has plenty enough punch. It has a lot of hookup options, sounds good, rugged, great for soloist, duet, or addition to small band. I drilled out the top of the frame and bolted the amp support web-frame to the x-legs. Peavey should have done the same and put a quick disconnect pin for easy assemsbly/disa... and the stands could be sturdier, but OK if careful. Great for artist that wants volume & other options, but doesn't want to really blow the roof off a place. All in all, I really like this thing for the money and have enjoyed it.

        BIG JOB FOR SMALL COST

Comments about Peavey Escort 3000 Portable PA System:

I have been using this ste-up for the past three years. Its my pre-recorded background producer while I play solos on Tenor, Alto and Clarinet.I even use cordless mic for vocal, both male and female. It has always worked and is easy to carry and set up, with a big sound inside or outside. For my use its better than any other outfit I have ever used. Charlie Grabein Houston,Texas
