Comments about Peavey PV 20 USB Mixer:

I've been performing for 45 years, and I've used plenty of Peavey gear. It's reliable, sounds good, and it's an American company.

I bought this mixer because I was involved in a variety show and we didn't have a mixer with enough inputs for all of the mics and DIs. I already had the PV10, its little brother, which has served me well.

Outputs went to a pair of Bose L1 Model 1, monitor send to a Bose L1 Compact. We used the USB port to feed audio to a video recorder. We had seven mics, four instruments by DI, and a laptop as inputs.

Everything worked. Our sound guy had one rehearsal to familiarize himself with the setup. He did not have problems with the gear, and the sound was great in a difficult room. Of course, great microphones and the Bose L1s had something to do with that, but the point is that the Peavey mixer was not a weak link in the chain.

    And - a five-year warranty...

Comments about Peavey PV 20 USB Mixer:

Every Mixer we had did not last more than 2 years. We gig an avg of more than once a week and the equipment take a beating. It got rather expensive to repair/replace mixers so a friend recommended we try the Peavey PV-20. My response was 'what' that cheap thing!!! So I borrowed his for a gig and used 18 channels all night long. The unit held up very well so I bought it from my buddy. All I can say is that we have ben using it for 3 years and my friend owned it for 2 years and this mixer just wont stop amazing us. Its been dropped, several times literally used and abused and still won't fail. I bought a second one (new) as backup. Built tough like a PIG. In conclusion, this mixer will pay its way in performance year after year and wont let you down.

So far we have only used it in practice and it is great. Can't wait to use it when we play out. Easy to understand and functional for those who do not need or want all kind of frills. I am very happy this was purchased.

Comments about Peavey PV 20 USB Mixer:

In the realm of church sound you have to realize that the people running the board are not highly trained professionals. Having a soundboard that is clearly labeled, and simple in design is a huge plus.

            Peavey PC20 USB mixer

Comments about Peavey PV 20 USB Mixer:

With the coupon redemption, this was a great value.
We are a 4-piece classic rock band that plays shows every weekend in medium size venue. We needed a new board as well as additional channels. This board works great, and is a sleek design easy to operate while onstage.

Many of our audience regulars remarked on the improved sound as to the vocals. We are glad we chose this board.

            Nice Mixer!

            By

            from Lansford, PA

Comments about Peavey PV 20 USB Mixer:

I got this more or less just as a drum mixer. I have a full mic set up for a seven pc. drum set. Plus over heads, and an extra mic on the high-hat. The mixer still leaves me with extra room for other mics and inputs. It is great to be able to have the extra channels for your work station. I have not used the USB on it. So I cant help you with the quality there. But for a basic use, THIS IS A GREAT BUY!!!
