Great features and a great look!
The RQ23 Series has all the features you need plus Peavey reliability. It features 8 channels, 8 XLR inputs with individual inserts, and 48V phantom power. The channel EQ allows for excellent control with its sweepable mid frequency. Has 2 stereo returns with separate volume for the monitor sends and pan allowing for some really creative mixing options. The output section on this feature-packed mixer has XLR balanced connectors for the left, right, and mono outputs. Each of the channels has 2 indicators one for signal present and one for clipping, which allows you to see distortion on the channel BEFORE ANYBODY HEARS IT! Each input also features PFL for monitoring the channel and mute to allow you to turn off a channel without losing your fader setting.

Outstanding value, user friendly, with the most intelligent, easy to follow board on the market. Crystal clear reproduction of vocals and instruments with no coloration or distortion. Intuitive layout. Excellent value.
I bought two different new mixers used them on gigs, and sent them back because I wanted a good live mixer. I find the RQ2318 is the best live mixer for the money. I neede a mixer for gigging with a celtic band withs lots of acoustic instrumetns and vocals so I need good cotnrol. It has great monitor and main mix controls as well a "que" buttons for each channel. Everyone else who sells mixers would call the 2318 16 channel mixer an 18 channel mixer. As always peavey gives you more for the money!
