Overview
Collected grooves by a master drummer.
This is a collection of MIDI grooves played by the great LA session and tour drummer, Steve Ferrone. They are formatted for BFD2, EZDrummer, Addictive Drums, SSD4, Cakewalk Session Drummer and GM Standard MIDI Files. All 600 + grooves (over 3200 bars) are played by Steve Ferrone (Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Average White Band, Eric Clapton).
This package includes 17 songs performed by Steve Ferrone in song sections as well as 9 additional Groove variations. Song endings are included as well. They are played in 3/4, 4/4 & 6/8 with straight & swing feels. These grooves are optimized for 1 Kick, 1 Snare, 2 Rack Toms, 2 Floor Toms, 1 Hihat, 3 Crash Cymbals & 1 Ride Cymbal. The Steve Ferrone MIDI Groove Library was recorded over a two-day session by Steve Ferrone on a Yamaha DTXtremeIII Special electronic drum set.
