Comments about QSC K10 10" Powered PA Speaker:
I love this speaker so much I had to buy another one. 1000 watts packed into 41 pounds!!!!! The two channels are awesome. For smaller dj gigs, I just bring one. Plug my mic into one channel and my mixer into the other channel, and I'm good to go. Wish I could give more than five stars!!

My primary use is as a flute amp/monitor. It is very accurate, and the DI out is great for sending a feed to the house PA.

Comments about QSC K10 10" Powered PA Speaker:
Yet another 5 star review for the K10... but I'm coming from a slightly different direction.
I'm using the K10 as a FRFR (Full Range, Flat Response) speaker for my POD HD500. For smaller gigs I play directly though the POD and the K10, for larger gigs the K10 serves as my monitor and I have a direct (stereo) feed to the PA. The K10 has excellent sound quality and combined with the HD500 can produce some fantastic guitar sounds. The K10 actually projects my guitar sound far better than any of my real guitar amps.
I like the QSC speakers so much I am in the process of (slowly, because they are rather pricy) rebuilding my PA system using the K10s and K12s, in fact, I came to MF today to buy another K10. Highly recommended! Worth the price.

Comments about QSC K10 10" Powered PA Speaker:
The QSC K10's are a keyboard player's dream. I bought two of them and have loved every gig with them so far. I have played acoustic gigs (Keys, Acoustic Guitar and Vocals) and full band loud venues and these speakers sound amazing either way. The true stereo is amazing. They are easy to move around and setup and there are lots of options for tweaking. You just have to run a little soundboard through them in order to get eq options. Great powered speakers!
Comments about QSC K10 10" Powered PA Speaker:
I love this speaker. I can have all my gear loaded in to the venue in 15 minutes and setup in 10 minutes. I have used it a couple of times for decent size venues with between 50 and 200 people and the sound is just amazing!!

Don't bother cutting corners and cost, suck it up and shell out the bucks for these. I have a pair of K-10 and a Allen-Heath ZED10FX board. They sound fabulous! They are hands down the best speakers I've ever owned. You will hear the difference right away. I've tried them all and could have bought these many times over with what I've spent in the past trying to save money. I work four to five nights a week and these make my job so much easier.
Plenty
Excellent
Expensive but worth it!
Comments about QSC K10 10" Powered PA Speaker:
I've been a gigging musician for over 40 years and have played through all kinds of sound reinforcement gear - good and bad. I'm totally impressed with the K10. I've been producing backing tracks in my home studio to use on solo and duo guitar gigs. But the tracks that sounded great on my studio monitors did not translate well on the portable gear that I would be using on gigs. The K10 is the solution....the sound you put in is the sound you get back. I took the K10 out of the carton, plugged in an SM58 and my acoustic/electric directly into the on-board mixer and four hours later I was still playing. It sounded so good I couldn't stop. I have virtually no feedback problems regardless of mic placement and it has all the power, punch and professional sound you could ever need for small club gigs. Nice job, QSC!
The on-board mixing options were well thought out. Very versitile, yet simple. At thirty-two pounds it is a gigging musician's dream. The design makes this a great floor monitor as well.
High quality components are used throughout. Right out of the carton you can see this thing is built like a tank. It looks like it's much heavier than it's actual 32 pounds. I had concerns about the sound quality since it uses ABS shell construction vs wood.....until I fired it up. It sounds like a studio monitor. Solid, tight and flat.
Expensive? Not really when you consider what you get. A vesitile mixer, a 1000 watt amp and fantastic sounding results. If you bought a decent mixer, cabinet and 1000 watt amp seperately how much would you need to pay? You get what you pay for and the K10 is worth every dime.
