Comments about Sefour XE300 DJ Console:
This is actually a very nice table once it is set up properly. There are only a few issues I have with it. For one, the instructions are terrible! Had I not put together a similar cabinet earlier in the summer, I would have been completely lost. Truly, the instructions are bare bones so keep that in mind if you are not handy. Second, the whole table is shipped in one box. The box arrived torn from one and is very heavy! I live on the first floor, so it was not a huge deal for me, but if you live in an apartment, have some friends ready to help you lug this thing upstairs. The packaging also could have been better. Flimsy styrofoam which will end up all over your floor is the only thing padding the boards. Fortunately, everything arrived in one piece (except for some plastic covers which cover the cable holes. These arrived cracked, but I fixed them up quickly with some super glue). Overall the finished product looks very nice. I have 2 turntables, a mixer, and about seven hundred records sitting on it now. Final note - the middle panel can be adjusted to your preferred height. This is fine, but the pegs they include are very tiny and, upon placing anything on the panel, the pegs start bending down from the weight. I remedied this by using Gorilla glue to make them sturdier. They no longer bend down and the panel is much more stable. I have no idea why they made the pegs so small. A longer peg or even a screw/cam shaft combo like the other panels would have been much better.
Comments about Sefour XE300 DJ Console:
I needed a new way to store my record albums, and this product was just what I needed. The problem with it was in the packing and shipping. This was the manufacturer's fault, not Musician's Friend's. Musician's Friend was actually very helpful during this ordeal, as it played out over a couple of months.
This console was made and packaged in China...very poorly. It took three (yes, 3) times to get enough good pieces. The packing material is not nearly strong enough to support the particleboard that the console is made of.
I was shipped the first one, and a number of the pieces were damaged. I shipped the first one back. The second one had similar damage. I waited to ship the second one back until the third arrived (which was also damaged). I was able to get enough good pieces from these units to assemble a complete console.
Then came the assembly. We had to drill and use wood screws & glue to secure it. The cam system and instructions were lousy...it would have fallen apart if just assembled as per the instructions.
Now that it is all together, I like the results. Now that I know what effort it took, would I repeat my decision to buy this: No Way.

Comments about Sefour XE300 DJ Console:
Sefour XE300 DJ Console was awesome when I seen it in a store. But it was delivered broken down the center, no problem I called up to have it replaced. This means I have to send it back and this items weight is 130lbs...enough said about that. I recieve the new product and the two middle panels are identical and they should not be..no answer from the manufacturer. I have to do the return thing again and just go with a refund now. This could have worked great.
