Comments about Stanton DJ Pro 60 Headphones:

Flimsy, I fear it is easy to break. The wires that go from phone to main cord is so thin it will probably be the first thing to break or snap. The sound is almost muffled. It does have a decent sound. I wish it did not have an L shape jack. It has full range sound. Would I recommend it? Maybe.

Comments about Stanton DJ Pro 60 Headphones:

I've had my set for a couple of years now and haven't had any problems with them breaking. I don't take great care of them either. I toss them into bags with other gear and so far nothing has broken.but I could definitely see how they could break. Hopefully, I've not jinxed myself now!The sound is great, nice deep low end and crisp highs.the padding IS a bit scant and the diameter a bit small, so they do cause a bit of ear discomfort after a few hours.

        Own two pair...both are broken.

Comments about Stanton DJ Pro 60 Headphones:

The first thing that breaks is the connection between the speakers and the over the head bar thing. both pairs snapped within the first week. every little thing after that started going wrong. The price isn't bad though. If you want cheap headphones that bump, you'll get them.

        these sound great! but...

Comments about Stanton DJ Pro 60 Headphones:

I bought these headphones about a month ago for recording. When I got them I was really impressed with the sound quality and the low end response. The self adjusting head piece is a problem though. After about two weeks of very minor use, a part of the head piece broke causing the bracing on the side to split making it hard to adjust. Also the earpieces do not fit over my ears, they ARE comfortable, but I would rather they fit over my ears. Overall, I'm happy with these, however the breaking did upset me but it was probably through fault of my own. They would be great for heavier music (metal, hardcore)

        Bang for the buck

        By Anonymous

Comments about Stanton DJ Pro 60 Headphones:

Great sounding general purpose headphones with a really nice bass response - excellent for listening to music or playing on your Roland TD-6, like me. I found that these headphones (never seen this ugly white model though) were by far the best bang for buck, outclassing Sennheisers 3 times the price. If you want something for recording or studio work, I suggest headphones a bit more rangey. The only problem I have with these phones is that they're not built to last. This is my 2nd pair and the same problem - the left speaker starts making a scratchy sound, the headstrap also wears out a bit after some use.In general, if well looked after, you cant go wrong with these if you're looking for well priced, general purpose headphones.
