When it was time to get serious and have a mixer that would grow with me I bought this Stanton Mixer. I also bought Stanton Tables to stay in the same family. First of all, let me say that I am a die hard technique DJ, but after the quality of Stanton shined through in the mixer, I had to own the tables (str8-100's). It's been nearly 8 years and I've had to change the line faders once, and the toggle swtitches once, but that's because I use this in my studio and in my mobile coffin. The flashformers stepped my game up at shows and the quality kept the music tight. I'm impressed with Stanton. I have just bought the Serato Scratch Live system and instead of buying a new mixer with enough inputs for all 4 pieces +( Numark dual cd deck, 2 turntables ) I am going to add another Stanton battle mixer to accomodate the fit. You can't beat Stanton for it's price, and quality.
best sound quality, with huge amounts of head room. quality faders, which feel like butter. i've been through 15 years of mixers, this is by far one of the best mixers with the bells and whistles for the price. i use 2 technics dzsl1200 with a boss 505 sampler.
very good mixer durable good quality good value good features all good overall. Good job, Stanton.
Never really cared for Stanton products... this machine changed the way I DJ. Do yourself a favor at home, or at the party, this is the mixer!
I've owned one of these remarkable mixers for over 2 years now, and through the many gigs I've played, it's been bumped around and acquired some wear and tear, but this mixer still remains JUST AS GOOD as the day I first plugged it in! I absolutely adore this mixer, far more than the club standard Pioneer DJM series. It fully accommodates my techno/house needs, and also serves as a MEAN mixer to battle when scratching! The faders are smooth, the killswitches are incredible, and the EQ kills will quickly become your best friend!! This TRULY IS THE BEST techno/scratch hybrid mixer you could ever want, and this baby can really take a beating! Shop smart, Stanton will NEVER disappoint you...
Bought one and fell in love. from the infinite kills, knob placement to build strength if you need quality and versatility, don't think, just buy one!
