Revoice Pro currently is for Mac OS only, but a version for Windows is in development with target release before end Q3 2013.

The Audio Performance Transfer component of the program transfers the selected timing, pitch and/or loudness features of a good "Guide" audio signal to a second target or "Dub" signal in just seconds. APT is powered by and includes an improved version of VocALign.
