Designed by the same team that produced Mackie's best-selling compact active loudspeakers, the THUMP TH-15A Active Loudspeakers provide amazingly accurate response from 20kHz all the way down to 40Hz, giving the sound just the right amount of punch. All-new Class D circuitry drives its custom, high-precision 15" woofer to greater volumes with less heat than is possible with competing designs. Onboard electronics include full system protection packed into a durable polypropylene enclosure, making the TH-15A speaker the most lightweight powerhouse in its class.

Exceptional Sonic Performance
TH-15A Active loudspeakers put out a tremendous amount of sound for their size and price tag. The two-way bass reflex (ported) design generates ample quantities of chest-pounding bass, and its 1" compression driver and wide dispersion horn ensures smooth, wide sound field. Tapco even inserted a 3-band equalizer at the input to give you all the tonal control you could ever want, with an available 15dB boost or cut at 80Hz (for the Lows), 100Hz to 8kHz (sweepable Mids) and 12kHz (for the Highs). With the TH-15A's extremely versatile EQ, you can add some extra thump to that kick drum, bring out the sizzle in your hi-hats and add pop to vocals.

More Than Just a Powered Speaker Cabinet
Sure, the TH-15A has a built-in power amp”it has two of them, 298-Watts for the 15" woofer and 99-Watts for the HF horn. New Class D circuitry drives the woofer more efficiently with less heat byproduct than the competition's speakers. But so much more goes into an Active loudspeaker design than just amplifiers. The Active crossover divides the frequencies, time aligns the signals for proper reproduction and sends them to the appropriate drivers; active compression provides protection for the drivers, and thermal circuitry protects the amplifiers. All the onboard electronic systems work together dynamically to produce superior quality sound previously unavailable in this price range.

Portability Meets Versatility
Not only is the TH-15A a superb PA speaker enclosure, it also makes a superior monitor wedge”just lay the asymmetrical cabinet on its side and turn it up. Its compact, lightweight design means zero strain, whether mounting it on a high pole or loading up the van. The TH-15A's wide frequency response makes it ideal as a keyboard, vocal or even bass guitar monitor. The TAPCO TH-15A has incredibly smooth, spike-free response and dispersion over a wide range of treble frequencies, so you can crank it without the fear of ear-splitting high-end feedback.

Protecting Your Investment
Because we know you probably push your loudspeakers really hard for long periods of time, we added some extra circuitry to keep your TH-15As performing at their best. You can run them to clipping without fear of thermal damage. We know things can get pretty hot in the real world, so if the electronics do overheat, separate thermal switches activate and shut down the high and/or low frequency amplifiers until they cool down. Each driver has its own transparent compression circuit, which helps protect them from damaging transient peaks. An Over-excursion filter, inserted just before the low frequency amplifier, protects the woofer from bottoming-out when the low-end is driven to the maximum. These extra protections ensure long life and loudspeakers you can count on.

Peavey PV14 12-channel Mixer

The Compact Peavey PV14 Mixer offers durable construction, low noise, and excellent sound quality for an amazingly low price. It's designed for either live sound or recording, with sturdy metal housing, reference-quality mic preamps, and a total harmonic distortion of less than 0.0007%. Has global 48V phantom power and stereo effects I/O. Master sections offer assignable tape input, contour EQ, and outputs for mains, control room, and headphones. The Peavey mixer features 12 channels, 10 with mic inputs and 2 with stereo line inputs. Insert points on mic channels and XLR main outputs in addition to balanced 1/4", and on-board digital effects.
