If you're in a touring bang, stay far far away

Please note the title...the reason I say if you’re in a TOURING band to stay away is because the battery life is absolute garbage. Every single weekend I have to drive 2 to 3 hours farther away from home and by a 9 volt from a sketchy gas station. If you’re just a musician who likes not having the inconvenience of cables...go for it.

My final note...if you already have it and are touring, get a rechargeable battery as soon as humanly possible. I also recommend a noise suppressor. There’s a little bit of a hum.

I own 3 of these. They are great, somebody mentioned hissing, set your squelch before you play the first time and your good from there on out. Take your batteries out each time between gigs and batteries will last longer. Mine are rack mounted and have had no problems at all. Simply love them and the peace of mind with no cables to trip on an freedom of movement.

I've had this wireless system for about 2 years and haven't had to fix anything on it. My only problem is that batteries die very quickly inside of it. Otherwise, it's perfect.

Bad Luck For Me!

I tried this one. It had nice range good sound but I had a real bad "hiss" noise. I took it back to where I bought it and it "hissed" on their guitar and amps too. They didn't have another one to give me so I tried the Shure but had problems with that too.(My bad luck). Today I bought another brand that cost a bit more. Hopefully that one will work for me!

I used to own a samson, but it was VHF and was really sucking, so i sold it and got this when i got tired of cords again. I don't regret buying this at all, sound is good and rich, doesn't drop out. and thank god the on/stand by/off switch is external! The only downside is that it eats the batteries like crazy and there was no plastic carrying case for it.
