Not worth the money, at all. The fit and finish seems fine, but the basswood body, combined with a comfortable but thin neck, along with some weak pickups results in a guitar with no sustain. It's pretty to look at but that's about it. The humbucker has got some weird sound like the echo it too much. OK this guitar is better than most squiers, but not better than their master series, especially the 51. This is a real bargin guitar. After you get used to a thick neck the sound will amaze you, especially when you spend only this much.

This guitar is well worth the money. I have owned Gibson, Fender, Ibanez and most other name brand axes. I can honestly say that this guitar is equal in playability to any of these brands but for far less money. Save your lettuce ya'll and pick up one of these little gems!

Love this guitar-have owned it about 3 months now and never tire of its playablity and sound. Arrived set up perfectly-and really have no complaints about it. Nice craftmanship-esp for the price. The combo of s-s-H is great-nice nasty humbucker tone that can be filled out with the single coils. And the blue sparkle finish looks great too!

I got this guitar from a local pawn shop just to say that I had a guitar and to my amazement...IT ROCKS!!! I've had it since Christmas and I can't put it down! The neck on this guitar is amazing! If I were you just sitting there looking at this review deciding whether to get this guitar or not... I would just go up and buy it right now! You'll fall in love with this guitar!

Excellent guitar for the money

I looked at this vs. a Squier Fat Strat and the Yamaha Pacifica PAC112. I was a little concerned that I couldn't find one to see, feel and hear in any local shop, but based on reviews, the alnico pickups and the great look of the MM4, I went with it, and I'm glad I did. This is a great guitar for the money, and doesn't look like every other Strat you see (the Candy Red is nice, but the Blue Sparkle is awesome). My recommendation: if you're looking in this price range, BUY THIS GUITAR.
