This is an awesome headpone amp with enough separate outs for the whole band. Each channel has its own mix volume, and has direct ins for four additional mics/instruments so each musician can dial in just enough of the that part of the mix for his own needs (As a drummer, I dial in more of the bassist, and he dials in more of me). It would deserve a 10 in features if there were 6 direct inputs instead of four, but it's really a great module (BTW, I'm nearly certain that this thing is made/licensed by Mackie, by the looks of it). It also has effects inputs as well if you need them.
