I've owned this guitar for about 8 months now and I love it like crazy. Because of the composite material used for the back, I wanted to do something to help with the thin tone.

I threw on a set of 13s (i believe it arrived with 10s or 11s on it) and I installed some brass bridge pins and it sounds noticably fuller. The larger strings help fatten up the low end while brass bridge pins give it a little more sustain.

Well I had been searching around for about a month looking for a thin acoustic that would make for an easy transition from 3 years of playing just electric guitars. Almost went with the talman, but thankgod I found this sweet guitar. It's plenty thin, very comfy for sitting or standing, superb neck action. The sound is miles ahead of the talman, the oval back really projects, and plugged in its even better. Unlike most thinline guitars, this one doesn't compromise sound quality and volume for comfort, you get both. And of course it's made with the great quality Schecter is known for, I wouldn't expect less. This is a great deal, low end price for high end performance.

I highly recommend this guitar. It plays very well. It has very nice action and the neck feels smooth. The round back projects notes really well. Whenever you play a chord you can hear each note. Even when you hammer a note within a chord, the guitar projects it clearly and isn't "drowned out" by the chord. It has very nice grover tuners, so the guitar stays in tune. Schecter makes very good products and this guitar does not dissapoint. The guitar came in a very nicely packed box, so very well packed that the guitar was still in tune when I pulled it out of the box. I've never had any trouble with feedback when plugged into an amp.

*Note the website has made a mistake. It does not have jumbo frets. They are MEDIUM frets. I have contacted the Musicians Friend, but they have yet to make the change.

I have had this guitar for a little over a year and it still plays awsome. I looked for about 3 months at every acoustic i could get my hands on and for the price i pad, this is downright awsome! The only thing i have an issue with this guitar is that it gets bad feedback, ya every acoustic has feedback so its not to bad. Overall, it is a great guitar that will kick butt on stage and rock the house!

An excellent small-bodied elec-acoustic for stage work where you don't want to risk your very best axe. Very light, fast neck. Such a pleasure I have bought two. The finish could be better, but a minor detail.
