I was looking for a acustic guitar, and I came across Taylor. And wow, I feel in love with this model in a second! The tone is great, it can be very light or heavy and dark when you want it to be. It's as smooth as butter and plays that way to! Try it, you will love it!

When you first open the case of the Taylor 314, it is obvious that it is a quality guitar. The action is set perfect right from the factory. The Taylor 314 is very easy to play. The craftsmanship is impeccable. It is diffently the finest guitar that I have ever played. My hat is off to all the people at Taylor Guitars.

I have owned Gibson, Takamine, Fender and Guild guitars. My Taylor 314 is, by far the best acoustic guitar I have ever played. The Taylor company provides the adjustment tool, instructions and encourages each Taylor owner to experiment with different action settings. This allows for easy customization and greatly enhances the pleasure of playing this beautiful guitar. I am hooked on Taylor's!!!

Taylor guitars are by far the most impressive instuments I have ever played. The feel is unlike any other guitar and the sound cannot be beat. It is DEFINITELY worth the extra money to go for a Taylor.

The 300 series is the entry level to Taylor's serious models and a great guitar for an intermediate or even advanced player. When you get a 300, you're getting 90% of what you get in the 900 series and they sure cost a lot less. The 314ce has a bright, punchy tone and that slick action that makes Taylors guitars to die for. I did sell my 314ce when I upgraded to a 712ce but only because I couldn't afford to own both. If you're considering a lower-level Taylor like a 200 series or less, spring the extra for a 300 and get everything you should be getting from this fine, American guitar maker.
