I got this guitar 5 years ago for my 16th birthday and have loved it ever since. It was my first guitar and I learned on it very easily. It sounds awesome plugged in or not. If you are looking for a good sounding guitar at a decent price then look no farther. After 5 years, this guitar is still going strong. I now have 6 other guitars in my collection this one still gets the most playtime! It is a good guitar just to pick up and play with. I would definately reccomend elixir nanoweb mediums for this guitar, that is the best setup that I can find for it.

Amazing Equipment for Little Money

Wow, when I saw this guitar online it looked great. I have played a ton of washburn guitars and never been disappointed with the craftmanship and beauty of them. The sound always resonates perfectly. The thing that I love is that their acoustic-electric guitars lack nothing in the acoustic sound. This guitar in particular has been the best that washburn makes for the money it costs. It's a must buy for any level musician.

Great guitar for the money!

This guitar looks and sounds great. It lacks a little on the bass end unplugged, but, not too much. You can really hear the individual notes when you strum a chord. Electronically it sounds great also. I like that it not only has a Mid, Bass and Treble, but, it also has a Notch filter and Presence control. You can plug it into an amp right after you unplug an electric, not change the amp settings and still get a great sound. I did have to lower the action on the bridge and nut however. Overall this is a great guitar for the money or 3 times the money!

Beautiful sound unplugged. Better than many more expensive guitars, and with amplification I was truely impressed. String action was very good through out the frett board. Built in tuner and 4 bar EQ. I would recomend this guitar to anyone.

Actually I think it looks ugly. What I mean my attractive is the tone. My girlfriend has one and everytime I go over to her house i just end up picking it up and playing it for at least 15 mins. I wont buy one for myself. I have an Ovation Elite T and a Epiphone PR5. Its not better than either of those. It just sounds good. If I were to reccomend it to anyone it would be a beginner or moderate player.
