The DW 9000 series was designed to be heavy-duty and lightweight and while the 9300 Series Snare Stand is a chip off this block, it now also offers revolutionary airlift hardware for ease of positioning. The secret is a built-in pneumatic shock which provides air cushion to bear the weight of your snare and ensure effortless adjustments. Created with double pedal set-ups in mind, the stand also offers double-braced legs, an offset basket for optimal snare positioning and captive wingscrews and techlocks for a quick teardown. On the flipside, this stand is loaded with memory locks to ensure a quick and familiar setup.

Comments about DW 9000 Series Air Lift Snare Stand:
I own a Collectors Series DW and couldnt be happier with it. In upgrading all of my hardware to DW gear, specifically the 9000 series, I continue to discover what an amazing company DW is. The air lift snare stand is high quality, completely functional and is designed for the gigging drummer.
This snare stand has features that are insanely great. There are so many ways to position the snare its impossible not to angle it exactly the way you want. The air lift feature means no more fighting gravity to position the height as the sound man screams at the band to start.
The quality of DW is beyond queston.
DW is expensive but I've found you can get good deals on Musician's Friend. But even at full price, you get what you pay for in terms of quality materials and the thoughtfulness DW puts into its products that a gigging drummer can really appreciate.
