I have a lot of single effects pedals Now I can make all my presets on the user side. I have read where they do not change that fast but they sound seamless when they change on the unit I have.

I will keep my otheredals as backups butmy band members al went out and bought them when they heard mineAt least ne of my fellow band members has another brand of multi efects pedal and he could not believe all of the sounds available for this unit. I layed the new unit that is replaceing this one and the only difference I could see on it was the mike output jack. I didn't break my bank when I purchased this pedal and now I can play spot on with some older songs that are favorites when we play for the public. I can not believe the price for such a wonderful instrument and I did get the gold coverage for this unit just incase. The amount of effects that are available for user selection is staggering so no matter what type of music you play you can enjoy at least three of the effects at a time in one user setting.

I have a bunch of guitars and also an accoustic electric mandolin. This unit covers all of the instruments even my acoustic guitars when I place the sound hole pickup in them. My wife loved when I played the twelve string effect on one of my electric guitars, it is her favorite instrument and when you play it thru the mandolin it sounds like a band of mandolins playing. I will never leave this behind when we are onstage.

It only took 3 days to get the order. Along with the effects already standard with my yamaha keyboard this effects pedal gives them more depth. Only a few effects on the magic stomp will seriously have to be tweeked but altogether this thing rocks. I spent the whole day just switching effects.

Purchased the stomp two months ago. It screamed, it cried, it sang. Awesome computer interface and support capabilities. Then the "plus" switch broke, as mentioned in other reviews. The part was 4 to 6 weeks back ordered indicating common problem or faulty run on the switches. I called musicians friend, sent the stomp back to them and had a new one in two days. Works fine for recording or gigging.

I got this pedal 4 my birthday from my band and they had it hooked up for vocals. Now i thought that this isnt going to work there wasting there money but i used factory preset 54 and tweaked the dials a bit and in 2 minutes i had a great echo sound on my voice. Now we got a PA that does the effects by itself so i took it home and now im going to make my own effects. Overall very versatle and a great processor.

It is compact, simple and its performance mode is exactly what I need. The built in tuner is an added plus. I loaned this to our worship leader, and he got some GREAT acoustic guitar tones through it as well.

I bought this thing locally and the second day I had it...it broke. The stupid Plus sign (which clicks louder than the Zapper for NES) only worked one out of six times...if you're lucky. The effects were lame and/or annoying (good example is the Cat Siren or whatever it's called) and not very practical. The overdrive was just plain awful. My advise...spend the extra green to get the Line 6 PODxt and you'll be happier all around.

My wife surprised me with this as a gift for my b-day. Wasnt exactly sure about it at first, considering i'd just been twanging away on the acoustic. But wow , hooked it up to my old amp w/ the electric, and the rock n roll motivation begins, I can't put the electric down .This magic box has some sweet sounds , and the fact that I can tweak with it's sounds on my computer and dump it back into the box just ROCKS.

I bought this a few months ago...Before it was on sale. I just play with some guys as a hobby, so I've never gigged with it...but it seems very well built. The effects are generally very good, and the ablility to program with your PC is a big plus. For the price, you can't go wrong.

I bought this pedal at christmas. i have noticed that most of the effects are good but they put some in the pedel that are about useless. For instance after you get into the 90's on the pedal they have some effects that sound horrible but overall its a good pedal for metal and rock distortions. but out of the pedal to my opinion you only get a good 60 distortions. but it plays well on low watt amps.
