About Rocktron:

It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to become an amazing guitarist, and the same thing can be said about the designers who build your on-stage electronics. Innovation and quality are essentials to stay on top of the effects and amplifier game, and those are two things that Rocktron has in ample supply. By giving a nod to the past while looking forward to where the industry is headed tomorrow, Rocktron has really proven their ability to deliver modern gear that works for any playing style, whether it's vintage or progressive.

Like most of the greats in their field, Rocktron began as the personal project of working musicians who figured they had what it took to build better hardware. Its founders, Bob Waller and Jim Chowning, took a step back from stages and clubs to tinker with signal processors, amplifiers and effects, and very quickly found a following among artists. With guitarists like Steve Vai, Viv Campbell, Eddie Van Halen, Slash, Neil Schon, Prince and Dave Mustaine incorporating Rocktron hardware into their on-stage setups, it didn't take long for Bob and Jim's work to prove itself.

The variety of gear available in the Rocktron lineup is impressive, but you don't have to feel overwhelmed. All you need to do is take a look for the items that meet your own needs on the stage. That's the real beauty of what Rocktron has to offer: there are so many options that you can easily find the perfect choice no matter what you're searching for. Need a way to get rid of hiss and noise in your effects loop? Check out the Rocktron Guitar Silencer Noise Reduction Guitar Effects Pedal. Want to follow in the footsteps of talk box pioneer Peter Frampton? Give the Banshee 2 a try. How about a tiny battery-powered amp that you can clip right onto your belt? That's the Velocity Series VG05.

Rocktron has so much variety on hand that it would take all day to get into the nitty-gritty details of everything. All in all, the best way for you to find what you need is simply to dive in and see for yourself what's here. We all know the feeling of success when a "gotta-have-it" item seems to jump right off the page, so get ready for that: it's something you'll certainly feel while you're browsing the Rocktron section.
